Instructions
Score the top of the cream cheese block
Coat with olive oil/hot sauce
Apply seasoning on all sides
Place on foil-lined tray in smoker
Smoke at 200–225°F for 1.5–2 hours
Rest 5 mins before serving
Notes
Use fruitwood for mild flavor
Store leftovers for up to 5 days
