Ingredients
12 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
2 cups penne pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a skillet, brown sausage slices.
Add cream, broth, garlic powder, and pasta.
Cover and simmer for 12–14 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan, season, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
If you have a bigger family or kids that eat more I would suggest using two packages of kielbasa!
