Ingredients

  • 12 oz smoked sausage (sliced)

  • 2 cups penne pasta

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet, brown sausage slices.

  • Add cream, broth, garlic powder, and pasta.

  • Cover and simmer for 12–14 minutes.

 

  • Stir in Parmesan, season, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

If you have a bigger family or kids that eat more I would suggest using two packages of kielbasa!
