Ingredients
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
1 zucchini
1 red onion
1 cup carrots
1 cup broccoli
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Chop all vegetables and slice sausage
Toss with oil and seasonings
Spread evenly on a baking sheet
Roast 25–30 mins, flip halfway
Optional: Broil 2–3 mins for extra crisp

Use fully cooked sausage
