Ingredients

  • 4 oz smoked turkey breast, sliced

  • 2 slices sourdough bread (toasted)

  • 1 slice sharp cheddar cheese

  • 23 slices fresh tomato

  • 1/2 cup fresh arugula

  • 1 tbsp cranberry spread or mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the sourdough bread slices until golden.

  • Spread cranberry sauce (or mayo) on one or both slices.

  • Layer on smoked turkey breast, cheddar cheese, tomato slices, and arugula.

  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper.

 

  • Press the sandwich together, slice in half, and serve immediately.
